Medical Squadron and assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division.
01 June 1926; Activated at Fort Bliss, Texas.
25 March 1949; Reorganized and redesignated as the 15th Medical Battalion.
15 September 1985; Inactivated at Fort Hood, Texas.
01 May 1987; Converted and redesignated as the 15th Support Battalion (FWD)
and activated at Fort Hood, Texas, as an element of the 1st Cavalry
Division.
