February 1919; Organized in the National Army at Camp Henry Knox, as the 675th Motor Transport Company.

01 December 1919; Redesignated as the 84th Motor Transport Company.

31 December 1920; Demobilized at Camp Dix, New Jersey.

01 May 1936; Reconstituted in the Regular Army of the United States as "D" Troop, 16th Quartermaster Squadron, an element of the 1st Cavalry Division.

15 January 1941; Activated at Fort Ringgold, Texas.

15 March 1943; Reorganized and redesignated as "C" Troop, 16th Cavalry Quartermaster Squadron.

15 November 1946; Redesignated and reorganized as the 15th Quartermaster Pack Troop, an element of the 1st Cavalry Division.

31 March 1947; Reorganized and redesignated as the 15th Quartermaster Troop.

25 March 1949; Reorganized and redesignated as the 15th Quartermaster Company.

01 September 1963; Reorganized and redesignated as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 15th Supply and Transport Battalion and remained assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division (organic elements concurrently constituted and activated).

01 July 1965; Reorganized and redesignated as the 15th Supply and Service Company.

05 May 1971; Reorganized and redesignated as the 15th Supply and Transport Battalion.

15 September 1985; Inactivated at Fort Hood, Texas.

01 May 1987; Redesignated as the 115th Support Battalion and activated at Fort Hood, Texas.
